Food: It Does a Body Good

  • Breakfast- scrambled eggs, stars, fruit, and yogurt.
  • Lunch- Baked Potato with butter, bacon and cheese. ravioli, corn, salad bar, pb&j bar with fresh baked cookies for dessert.
  • Dinner-Tacos, corn tortillas, tortilla chips, lettuce, shredded cheese, pb&j bar, and salad bar.

 

Everybody Stand Up! It’s Time for Chapel!

At camp, we see an opportunity to touch children’s lives in a positive way. We not only teach core values that are shared by most religious traditions, but also use these values to guide individual behaviors and organizational practices. This morning’s chapel core value was responsibility- to do what is right, what you ought to do; to be accountable for your behavior and obligations.

 

 

The Golden Plunger Goes To…

Each day our Unit Directors challenge each of their cabins to maintain the cleanliness of the cabins and make it a competition. The winning cabin each day with receive a Golden Plunger, with hopes to keep it each day. The cleanest cabin awards for the day went to:

The Hill: Iriquois
Yurt Village: Endeavor
The Valley: Voyager

Let’s Get Moving: It’s Clinic Time

It’s been a great first few days of camp. The weather has been absolutely beautiful. Everyone is currently with their cabin participating in their cabin activities and getting ready for dinner. All clinics are moving right along- camper are scaling the Alpine Tower in no time, riding horses like professionals, hitting bulls eyes in target sports and getting in lots of swim time.
